Service and subscriptions
PeakVistaTV offers prepaid IPTV subscriptions for the selected term. A compatible device, player and stable internet connection are required. Payment is due at purchase; activation follows confirmation. Price changes do not alter an already-paid subscription.
Use and account security
Use the service for personal, lawful purposes. Do not resell, redistribute or share access credentials without authorization. Keep login information secure and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Availability and responsibility
Uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, internet connectivity and other factors may affect service. The existing terms provide the service on an as-is basis and limit liability for indirect or incidental losses to the extent allowed by law.
Refunds and changes
Refund requests follow the separate refund policy. The existing terms state that continued use after published changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Contact support with questions before purchasing.
