What to check
The electronic program guide, or EPG, links channel entries to schedule information. A channel can play while its guide is empty, because the video and schedule data are separate. First check whether the problem affects one channel, a group or the entire guide.
How to compare
Confirm the device time zone and whether the app has refreshed its guide data. Follow the player’s documented refresh procedure rather than repeatedly deleting your account. If only a few channels are affected, send support their exact names and the times you checked.
Before deciding
During a trial, check the guide on the channels you actually use, including the next program and the following day where available. Useful naming, favorites and search matter more than a full-looking grid of channels you never watch. A missing listing alone does not prove the stream is unavailable.
